1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Dream Station (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking our services, you (“the Client”) agree to these terms in full.
2. Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the event date.
- Bookings are not confirmed until the booking fee is received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be charged up to 100% of the full amount.
- In the unlikely event we must cancel, a full refund will be provided.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Any changes (date, time, location, character) must be requested in writing.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot always guarantee availability.
- Occasionally there may be a slight change to the costumes featured on our website. If you have any specific requests please let us know when booking.
5. Event Requirements
- The Client must provide a safe, suitable environment for performers.
- Adequate space, shelter (for outdoor events), and supervision of children must be ensured.
- An adult (18+) must be present at all times during the event.
- If the Client chooses to have a bouncy castle, inflatable or soft play etc. at the event, we will not be responsible for the lack of children participation.
6. Performer Conduct
- Our performers will act professionally and stay in character where appropriate.
- We reserve the right to refuse or end a performance if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate, without refund.
7. Client Responsibilities
- The Client is responsible for the behaviour of guests.
- Any damage caused to costumes, props, or equipment by guests may result in additional charges.
- The Client is responsible for letting us know of any allergies (skin or dietary) before the event begins. We will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur due to our products.
8. Liability
- We are fully insured; however, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the event unless caused by our negligence.
- The Client agrees to indemnify us against claims arising from unsafe conditions or guest behaviour.
9. Photography & Media
- We may take photos/videos during events for promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing before the event.
10. Intellectual Property
- Our costumes and characters are inspired by popular fairy tales and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any copyrighted brands or companies.
11. Delays & Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- In cases of force majeure, we will attempt to reschedule or provide a refund where appropriate.
12. Arrival & Parking
- The Client must provide clear access and suitable parking near the venue.
- Additional charges may apply for long distances between parking and the event location.
13. Health & Safety
- Performers may refuse activities that pose a risk (e.g., overcrowding, unsafe equipment).
- Please inform us in advance of any allergies, special needs, or medical conditions.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By paying a booking fee or confirming a booking, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
